IP Issues often arise in many different commercial contexts.  Many standard business agreements such as *master services agreements, *manufacturing  and supply agreements and *consulting agreements have IP clauses that can have an impact on the use and protection of a company's IP assets.  Plus- certain business transactions will require licensing in or out certain IP rights such as the right to use a particular trademark or patented technology.
