This half-day intensive seminar is held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting. Learn from corporate legal operations professionals with experience establishing the legal operations function about how to assess and prioritize legal department needs and create a legal operations road map to advance along the Maturity Model for the Operations of a Legal Department. Plus, explore the basics and best practices in the areas of legal financial management, establishing vendor management procedures, and putting key technology in place.
