Rebecca (she/her) is a Canadian lawyer with in-house and leadership experience.
She provides a calm, structured, and challenging coaching experience for her clients to get clear on their desired goals, develop achievable action plans, and identify meaningful measures of success.
As in-house counsel at Graymont, Rebecca was part of the global Senior Management Team and the North America Leadership Team. She enjoyed collaborating with colleagues across jurisdictions and functions to contribute to strategic business results. Prior to moving in-house, Rebecca practiced corporate and commercial law in DLA Piper’s Vancouver office. Early in her in-house career, Rebecca attended the ACC’s Corporate Counsel University, where she gained practical tools for success in-house, connected with the ACC community, and learned about the unlimited professional development journey as in-house counsel. Rebecca currently practices as fractional in-house counsel.
Rebecca is a Certified Executive Coach with an Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation. She is also trained in team development and organization and work relationships coaching from CRR Global and Core Strengths.
Outside of work and family (including her partner and their two school-aged kids), Rebecca makes a point of prioritizing exercise, reading, and community connection.
