Speakers
Kristofer Selvin is a partner at CMS Wistrand and is specialized in financing, finance regulatory issues and environmental law. He has extensive experience as advisor to borrowers in syndicated and bilateral loans as well as in relation to derivatives and application and compliance of relevant regulatory rules and regulations. He has also several years of experience in advising on environmental law issues and advising corporations within the shipping sector. Kristofer also assists clients on sustainability and ESG matters relating to sustainability reporting and ESG regulations such as the CSDDD.
Hanna Trygg is a partner at CMS Wistrand and specializes in public procurement, construction law and real estate law. Hanna heads the Public procurement group and has extensive experience of advising clients on public procurement matters. This includes advice related to the procurement procedure and the performance of public contracts, but also drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and assisting in procurement appeals and commercial disputes/litigation. She has also extensive experience of advising clients on construction- and infrastructure projects and has particular experience from the energy sector. Hanna also assists clients on sustainability and ESG matters relating inter alia supply chain, sustainability reporting and ESG regulations such as the CSRD.
