Q: Are one-day registrations available?
A: Yes. If you're only able to attend on one day, we're happy to accomodate you. Email us your details and we'll arrange that for you. accapac2020-registration@icsevents.com
Q: Is there a group registration rate available?
A: Yes. Any company registering a minimum of three attendees will receive a fourth registration at no additional cost. This offer excludes single day registrations and all registrations must be submitted at the same time to receive the discount.
Q: How much CLE/CPD credit is each session eligible for?
A: CLE eligibility is based on jurisdiction approval of each session, which may vary by jurisdiction. For information regarding status of approval for jurisdictions, check the CLE/CPD information page for updates.
Q: How can I pay for my virtual meeting registration?
A: Our preferred payment method is credit card. However, we can accept bank transfer. Email us for the details accapac2020-registration@icsevents.com.
Q: I registered but cannot find my confirmation. How do I get another copy?
A: No problem. Email the events team at accapac2020-registration@icsevents.com and we’ll send you another copy.
Q: Still can’t find your answer?
A: Email the ACC Asia-Pacific team at accapac2020-registration@icsevents.com.
Q: Will I be able to view the sessions at a later time?
A: The majority of individual sessions from the 2020 Asia-Pacific Digital Meeting will be available on-demand through the ACC Online Education library in the weeks following the event.
Q: How much to attend?
A: Visit the Rates & Registration page to view the ACC member and non-member rates and also to check out the special early-bird pricing.
Q: Is there a one-day registration available?
A: We hope you can join us for both days, however if you are only able to join us for one day, we’re happy to offer you a discounted single day rate. Contact us on how to complete your one-day registration.
Q: What software requirements do I need?
A: We recommend Google Chrome and please also check your speakers are working properly. We will send all registrants instructions on how to ensure your system is ready to go before the conference.
Q: Do I need to be in a quiet room to participate?
A: Definitely not. If you’re likely to be in an area with some background noise, we will ask you to mute your microphone when not speaking, but otherwise, you can enjoy the conference wherever is convenient for you.
