Plan now to meet your in-house colleagues from around the globe in Phoenix, Arizona! For your convenience, ACC has secured room blocks at a number of hotels near the Phoenix Convention Center. The closest airport to fly into would be Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).

You MUST be a confirmed attendee of the 2019 Annual Meeting in order to make your reservation at one of the host hotels and receive the ACC negotiated rate. Please note that you are not considered a confirmed attendee until you have received a registration confirmation email from ACC.

Several of our contracted hotels below have very limited availability over the dates of the Annual Meeting.

Please be sure to check the Palomar, Hyatt, and Residence Inn first, as more rooms have been made available there.

Additionally, the Embassy Suites Phoenix Downtown North (10 East Thomas Rd.) and Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Midtown (4000 N. Central Avenue) have made rooms available to Annual Meeting attendees. If you wish to book at one of these properties, please book through your registration statement.

As the Annual Meeting nears, you may wish to contact the hotels below to see if rooms have opened up, noting that rooms booked during this time will be at the hotels' prevailing rates.

ACC does not use a housing bureau or third-party agency for hotel accommodations or any other travel arrangements. Any claims by any company stating otherwise are not true. Please be sure you are making your hotel reservation directly through the links provided via your registration statement.

Already registered and need to make a hotel reservation?

Use the "Hotel Information/Make My Reservation" link at the top of your registration statement to make a reservation at one of the host hotels. From the list of ACC host hotels, you can contact the hotel of your choice directly to make your reservation. However, you MUST have your unique hotel access code provided on your registration statement in order to book a room. Need your registration statement resent?

Important notes regarding substitutions and cancellations:

• Substitute attendees can take over the hotel reservation of the previous attendee per the hotel's policy; however, you or the substitute attendee must contact the hotel directly to make this change.
• Reservations are subject to the individual hotel policies, including the cancellation policy. If you cancel your ACC Annual Meeting registration, your hotel reservation will NOT automatically be cancelled. You will be required to cancel your hotel reservation directly with the individual hotel.
• Attendees who do not cancel their hotel reservation by the hotel's cancellation deadline will be considered "no shows" and will be charged for their room reservation as stated in the cancellation policy included with your hotel reservation confirmation.
