Catherine J. Moynihan, ACC associate vice president of legal management services, has been inducted as a fellow into the College of Law Practice Management
WASHINGTON (November 1, 2018) — The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), a global legal association representing more than 45,000 in-house counsel employed by over 10,000 organizations in 85 countries, is pleased to announce that Catherine J. Moynihan, ACC associate vice president of legal management services, has been inducted as a fellow into the College of Law Practice Management (COLPM).
Since 1994, COLPM has recognized and honored law management professionals across five countries. The College also promotes diversity initiatives across the legal profession, and funds projects that advance access to justice.
COLPM bestows membership on lawyers, in-house counsel, judges, law professors, legal executives, as well as paralegals, recruiters, and administrators. Membership is awarded for outstanding professional and ethical standards; contribution to law practice management, literature, and philosophy; and commitment to the College’s objectives. Moynihan will join a cohort of 34 fellows; since its founding, COLPM has inducted just under 300 overall.

Notably, the COLPM 2018 inductees include three ACC Value Champions – Joseph Otterstetter, associate general counsel at 3M; Joseph Milcoff, vice president for litigation and risk at of FedEx Ground; and Lucy Bassli, chief legal strategist of LawGeex (formerly of Microsoft).
