ACC's membership includes a diverse mix of more than 48,000 in-house lawyers who represent more than 12,000 companies in 117 countries.
Individual members pay USD $435 per year. ACC also offers a reduced dues program. For departments enrolling nine or more lawyers, we offer corporate memberships with significant savings compared to the individual rate. To sign up your department today, contact corporate@acc.com.
For members in Australia, individuals pay AUD $460 per year. Certain aspects of membership may vary.

You can update your profile by logging in to acc.com and clicking on my account. Some changes will automatically reflect in your record; however, company name changes are sent to ACC for an ACC member staff representative to update. Membership in ACC is individual and portable, as long as you continue to meet ACC’s eligibility requirements. If you leave the profession or if your company paid for the membership, your membership can be terminated and ACC may transfer your membership to your successor. We do offer special membership rates for existing members who retire or find themselves in-transition.
ACC Legal Operations is a section of ACC that supports corporate legal operations professionals by delivering benchmarking, resources, and opportunities to collaborate. It also serves as a unified voice to advance this critical business function.
Professionals dedicated to managing operations for a corporate law department (i.e., the office of the general counsel) on a full-time basis are welcome to subscribe. This includes leaders of operations overall, as well as those responsible for outside counsel and/or vendor management, data analytics, project management, process improvement, and litigation support. Being a lawyer is not a requirement, but subscriptions to ACC Legal Operations are free for ACC members.
As an ACC Legal Operations subscriber, you will be given a wide variety of resources to help you in your role to make law departments more effective and efficient, while supporting the general counsel/chief legal officer.
