We are excited to begin planning for the 2022 Global Women in Law & Leadership Hybrid Symposium and Honors dinner, which will take place virtually June 13-14 followed by the in-person Honors dinner at the United States Institute of Peace in Washington, DC on Wednesday, 15 June 2022. We would love for your chapter’s or network’s women’s initiative to submit programming ideas for consideration.
Programming will include networking opportunities to connect and engage on topics important to women in law. Topics should focus on soft skills, innovative leadership, DEI and/or tangible takeaways for women lawyers in today’s busy virtual/hybrid working world, including work/life balance and lifestyle hacks.
Ideas should be for programs 60 minutes in length and can include interactive activities such as polling and breakout rooms (our new normal in Zoom!). We also welcome suggestions of in-house speakers and corporate leaders for consideration.
If your chapter’s or network’s program is selected, we will work with your leaders to assist in finalizing the program details, including securing speakers and doing prep calls in advance of the event.
Sponsorships are available, and we encourage your chapter or network to bring sponsors aboard. We may also pair you with a sponsor of our choosing to co-facilitate and plan the session. When suggesting speakers, please keep in mind our commitment to diversity and showcasing the expertise of underrepresented members of the legal profession.
