Bupa Legal Operations Team
Bupa's legal operations team is made up of four: joint Heads of Legal Operations, Claire Nuske and Anne Guidera, and paralegals Ana Paula Guimaraes Ferreira and Cameron Grimwade. Together, they drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal team across the Asia-Pacific region. The team has experience in implementation of legal technology, process optimisation, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with a strategic approach to legal operations, ensuring that the legal function supports Bupa APAC’s goals.
Cameron Grimwade and Ana Paula Guimaraes Ferreira are current final year Juris Doctor students at Melbourne University Law School. They assist with all of the Legal team's technology projects, building solutions that drive innovation and efficiencies across Legal and the wider business.
Claire Nuske joined Bupa in 2019 as Senior Corporate Counsel and started in her role as Head of Legal Operations job-sharing with Anne Guidera in 2021. Both report to the General Counsel of Bupa APAC. In this role, Anne and Claire support the APAC legal team across numerous areas including legal team recruitment, budgeting and advancing the progress of legal technology across the legal function to help drive efficiencies.
