Camilla is Senior Legal Counsel at The Salvation Army having joined the in-house legal team in April 2020.
The Salvation Army provides a broad range of spiritual and social activities, community programs and events for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities across Australia. The Salvation Army delivers social and community services in the areas of Homelessness, Family & Domestic violence, Youth Services, Alcohol & other Drugs and Emergency Services. The Salvation Army also operates several business enterprises including Aged Care, Employment Plus, and Salvos Stores.
In her role, Camilla strives to provide outstanding legal services by delivering high quality, practical legal advice to internal clients to support The Salvation Army’s values and mission. Camilla is a motivated, solution focused lawyer and working at The Salvation Army has combined her passion for the law, with her love of helping those in need.
Camilla has a Bachelor of Science (Criminal Justice) from Jacksonville State University, AL, USA and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University. Camilla’s legal career has spanned over 20 years, across various areas including commercial litigation (private practice), regulatory investigations and more recently, in the Not-for-Profit sector at The Salvation Army.
