To CCPA and Beyond! Creating a Flexible Approach to Privacy Compliance

California has passed a sweeping new privacy law granting consumers more control over their personal information. In this interactive session we will examine company obligations not just under California Consumer Privacy Act  (CCPA), but existing privacy laws. We will also look at some of the other pending state legislation, and discuss a practical approach to compliance in light of the ever-shifting legal landscape.
