Patent attacks:  Pros, cons, advantages, disadvantages, and lessons learned at the district court, ITC, and PTAB
Patent litigation in 2019 inevitably involves navigating both the district courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and sometimes the International Trade Commission (ITC) as well.  Knowing how to navigate all is critical to your success as a patent owner or accused infringer.  The panelists will explain the pros and cons of litigating in each venue, as well as the impact of litigating in multiple venues simultaneously.  From their collective litigation of hundreds of cases, they will also share their lessons learned and best practices.
