To support our legal community in these evolving times, attend this webinar to practice guided meditation and go over mindfulness tools that can support us in staying centered when things are unpredictable. Let's support each other so that we all feel anchored and in turn are able to support our families, friends and community. Participants will get instruction on meditation posture, basic breathing techniques to help support meditation, and sitting through a guided meditation that can support feeling more anchored and grounded.
