ACC National Capital RegionChanges, changes, changes – employment laws in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia have been and will be changing. This session will discuss those changes, which relate to wage and hour, pay equity, paid family leave, anti-discrimination/harassment, and non-competition agreements.
It will include an in-depth discussion of the sweeping and expansive changes recently enacted in Virginia, as well as Maryland’s upcoming law requiring sexual harassment settlement reporting and D.C.’s Paid Family Leave law. Additionally, this session will help you develop compliance approaches for your business.
