- provisions dealing with delay in performance and the allocation of economic burdens in the case of such delay;
- termination of commercial contracts due to force majeure or frustration;
- other contractual provisions such as stop payments, step-in rights and MAC clauses; and
- considerations for renegotiation of contracts in the light of continuing COVID-19 disruptions.

Aleisa Crepin is an experienced construction lawyer and provides a full range of operational and project delivery advice, disputes avoidance and dispute resolution services.
Aleisa has over 11 years experience advising clients in the construction and major projects industry. She has advised on some of the most significant construction projects in Queensland including the ongoing CSG-LNG Upstream projects.
Adrian Lawrence, Partner - Baker McKenzie
Adrian Lawrence is the head of the Firm's Asia Pacific Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group. He is a partner in the Sydney office of Baker McKenzie where he advises on media, intellectual property and information technology, providing advice in relation to major issues relating to the online and offline media interests. He is recognised as a leading Australian media and telecommunications lawyer.
Adrian's practice focuses on advising on online and offline media interests including digital copyright, data and information transfer, content and advertising regulation, consumer protection, defamation, online payment systems and transaction engines, online gambling, website risk minimisation measures, online security and cryptography, securities licensing, and trade marks and domain names.
