Speakers
Tim Greenall – Special Counsel, Madgwicks Lawyers
Tim advises on all aspects of employment law including enterprise bargaining, equal opportunity, entitlements and awards interpretation, termination and dismissal disputes, disciplinary process and termination and restructuring and redundancy. He is an accredited mediator and represents clients in the Fair Work Commission as well as all Victorian and Federal Courts. He holds a Masters of Law from the London School of Economics, is a Sessional Lecturer at La Trobe Law School and Presenter at the Leo Cussen Institute.
Sasha Roberts – Senior Associate, Madgwicks Lawyers
Sasha is an experienced workplace relations and corporate lawyer with a broad depth of experience obtaining risk adverse solutions for her clients across several areas of corporate law. Sasha’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, risk management, corporate governance, commercial contracts and trademarks and privacy law and she has previously worked as an information and knowledge management specialist in a variety of positions.
