Well-Being has many components, including social connection and enjoying food and drink that supports our well-being in a conscious, mindful manner.
Please join us for this fun networking event in which we will be joined by a Master Tea Blender who will take you through a brief history of tea, what differentiates the different tea types, why steep time and temperature matter when making the perfect cup of tea, and so much more. You will come out of this class one step closer to becoming a tea master!
Registrants will receive a kit with 8 eco-friendly teabag sachets: English Breakfast, Green Pomegranate, Matcha+, Bright Eyed, Pacific Coast Mint, Earl Grey Crème, Earl Grey, White Coconut Crème.
