Achieving a diverse and inclusive workplace is a marathon, not a sprint. During this virtual session, our panel will begin from the starting line, by helping you identify where your organization is along its journey, and explore best practices for incorporating inclusive policies and initiatives. Recognizing the bumps in the road, discussion will include how to facilitate difficult conversations and encourage constructive dialogue. You will leave the session with practical knowledge and resources to move your organization forward.
