About Erin Meyer
Erin Meyer is a professor at INSEAD, one of the top international business schools. Her work focuses on how the world's most successful managers navigate the complexities of cultural differences in a global environment. Meyer helps companies to develop organizational cultures that promote both flexibility and innovation and offers cutting-edge strategies to improve the effectiveness of projects that span the globe.
Meyer, who most recently wrote "The Culture Map: Breaking Through the Invisible Boundaries of Global Business" and "No Rules Rules: Netflix and the Culture of Reinvention," will speak into how businesses, governments and nonprofits can operate an international business or multicultural workforce, effectively and productively.
