ACC Southern CaliforniaThe esteemed panel will share facts, demographic information, and reports regarding the Asian American and Pacific Islander community in the workplace, in the legal profession and in connection with the over year-long surge of anti-AAPI hate crimes and racial violence. The discussion will include practical suggestions and ideas on authentic, sustainable, and comprehensive inclusion for AAPIs in each of these areas.

- John Kuo - John was the General Counsel for Varian Medical Systems and, most recently the General Counsel for Charles River Laboratories. He has been active in the AAPI community regarding the inclusion of AAPIs in California AB 979 and has collaborated on an initiative to encourage the appointment of more AAPIs on Fortune 1000 public boards. https://www.linkedin.com/in/john-kuo-54183/
- Jason Lee - Jason is a former President of the California State Bar and is also the General Counsel of Lido Advisors. - Sandra Yamate - Sandra is the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession, an organization that has worked with corporate law departments and law firms to develop data-driven options to address issues and gaps.
