Susannah Macknay, Partner, Corporate Advisory - Gilbert + Tobin (Melbourne)
Susannah specialises in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions, and advising on disclosure, corporate governance and other listing rules matters. She also has experience advising on campaigns by shareholder activists.
