Join ACC Chicago and Taft Law to look into the forces of price, availability, labor, and other issues highlighted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Our presenters will cover how best to navigate through the allocation of risk and damage resulting from these forces. The interactive session will include time for your questions.


Speakers

John M. Riccione is a partner in Taft’s Litigation practice. His practice involves the representation of businesses in a wide array of complex commercial disputes, including commercial and supply-chain transactions, UCC warranties and remedies, real estate, construction claims, trade secrets, computer fraud and abuse and labor and employment. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of Uniform Commercial Code remedies, contract interpretation as well as other commercial disputes.

William J. Serritella, Jr. is the co-chair of Taft’s Chicago Litigation Department. He is a commercial litigator who focuses his practice on banking, commercial and appellate litigation. Bill lectures on numerous topics, including commercial real estate workouts, Uniform Commercial Code issues, trial practice, appellate practice, contract law, sales commission protection acts, employment discrimination and alternative billing practices.

Brianna M. Skelly is a partner in in Taft’s Litigation group, focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation. Brianna represents creditors, businesses and individuals in litigation arising from commercial transactions, employment matters and warranties.

Elizabeth Winkowski is an associate in Taft's Litigation group with substantial research and writing experience. Prior to joining Taft, Elizabeth served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Susan H. Black in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
