2022 Midterm Elections: The Legal, Political and Policy Outlook and Their Implications on Businesses

The 2022 midterm elections have proven to be nothing short of historic as Republicans took the House by a historically thin margin and Democrats maintained control of the Senate. As the country grapples with a looming recession, record inflation, sharply higher interest rates, hot and cold foreign wars and the Dobbs Supreme Court ruling, Democrats managed to escape the precedent of losing a large number of seats in a president’s first midterm. So, how will the next two years shape up?
