ACC MN CLE Program: “The Past, Present and Future of the Corporate Practice of Medicine Doctrine in Minnesota (and Why It Won’t Go Away)”

July 28 provides an opportunity to learn about an interesting legal doctrine that has relevance for a wide audience – health care organizations, certainly, but also any employer or business that might think of employing a physician. Our panelists will discuss a recent case involving a radiology provider, which shows that the doctrine is definitely alive and well in Minnesota and has to be considered from both a transactional and litigation perspective. After the program, we'll gather on the Trailhead Terrace to enjoy a Minnesota summer evening and provisions from Mill Valley Market.
