Join us in-person on September 15th for a lively panel discussion on the importance of DEI in corporate culture and how organizations can implement and improve a successful DEI program. SunMi Kim is a Regional Director at Robert Half, the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm. In this role, she oversees operations for the company's legal practice group throughout Southern California, Texas, Phoenix and Denver.
SunMi joined Robert Half in 2005 as a Client Solutions Manager and quickly excelled in the ranks, having held the titles of Practice Director and Market Director before moving into her current role.
She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Riverside, a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Loma Linda University, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. She is a frequently quoted expert on employment trends in the legal field.

Fran has over 20 years of business experience working with a variety of organizations and industries to enhance their business performance through developing a differentiated employee experience and designing efficient organizations.
Prior to joining Protiviti, Fran was a leader of various businesses at Willis Towers Watson where he spent over 20 years working closely with some of the world’s largest and most complex organizations.
A community leader, Fran volunteers his time coaching various youth sports including soccer, basketball and lacrosse.

Alfredo Mendez is the vice president of experience and inclusion at Robert Half. In this role, he sets strategy and programs that support a culture of growth and inclusion for 13,000 employees globally. Mendez was previously at AECOM, overseeing global talent, experience and DEI efforts. He’s held leadership roles at Raytheon, Levi Strauss and Warner Bros., and has consulted with Fortune 100 companies.
Mendez is actively involved with the Association for Latino Professionals for America and is a board member with the National Hispanic Corporate Council and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. He is also an advisory board member for HR.com and the Institute for Corporate Productivity (I4CP).
