Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Recruiting and Hiring: Practices, Pitfalls and Opportunities

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (“DE&I”) has been an area of particular emphasis for many companies in the last several years.  While many companies have aspirational goals in the DE&I space, how do you put those aspirations into action in a legally compliant way?  This session will focus on answering that question.  In particular, this session will focus on:
