ACC NevadaThis presentation will cover an overview of cybersecurity risks, including the cybercrime threat landscape and the regulatory and litigation risks associated with cybersecurity incidents. We will also propose high-level strategies for corporate executives and counsel to consider when preparing for and responding to these cybersecurity risks, including lessons learned from recent cybersecurity incidents in the hospitality industry.
