JOIN ACC-SOCAL IN SUPPORTING THE L.A. FOOD BANK – FOOD FROM THE BAR!

For the first time, ACC-SoCal will be participating in that time-honored competition among law firms, law schools and legal services organizations - the annual Food from the Bar!   Organized by the Los Angeles Food Bank in 2009, the goal of this month-long fundraising and volunteering effort is to provide for food-insecure children in Los Angeles County.  This year’s campaign will run from April 15-May 31, 2022. 

How will ACC-SoCal participate?  On May 21, 2022, from 9AM-12PM, we will volunteer as a group sorting food and assembling food boxes for the L.A. Food Bank’s programs.   All volunteers may also bring food to donate at this time if they so choose.  Space is limited, so please sign up as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  The L.A. Food Bank requires that all volunteers to be fully vaccinated or receive a negative COVID-19 test (the L.A. You will be assembling food kits for our children's program, which consists of fresh fruit and vegetables.
