Peter Bowden, Partner, Gilbert + Tobin
Peter is a Partner in the Restructuring + Insolvency team at Gilbert + Tobin.
Peter has significant experience advising banks, funds, insolvency practitioners, creditors and debtors in situations involving corporate insolvency, restructuring, workouts, security enforcement, banking and distressed debt transactions.
He has broad expertise across a range of industries including energy, agriculture, mining, mining services, property, construction, technology, financial services and manufacturing.
Peter has significant experience advising banks with workout and enforcement strategies and negotiating settlements.
Susannah Macknay, Partner, Gilbert + Tobin
Susannah is a Partner in the Corporate /M+A team at Gilbert + Tobin.
Susannah specialises in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions, and advising on disclosure, corporate governance and other listing rules matters.
Anna Schwartz, Special Counsel, Gilbert + Tobin
Anna is a special counsel in Gilbert + Tobin's Restructuring + Insolvency group.
Anna specialises in front-end restructuring and insolvency advising corporates, funds, financial institutions, special situations groups and insolvency practitioners on distressed M+A, restructuring and workouts, distressed debt transactions and formal insolvency processes.
