Problematic License Terms and Recent Efforts To Enforce Them

In this webinar, we will discuss common open source software licenses and the potentially problematic license terms that the licenses contain.  We will also examine recent efforts to enforce the terms of open source licenses, including efforts by the Software Freedom Conservancy to access companies’ source code as a “third-party beneficiary” to an open source license.  These recent cases show that companies using software covered by an open source license may be at risk of being forced to release their proprietary code to the public.

Come learn how to protect your company against these threats.
