A program hosted by:
ACC MinnesotaOn Tuesday, October 10, 2023, join Carlson Caspers lawyers and the Association of Corporate Counsel Minnesota Chapter (ACC MN) for their popular Oktoberfest interactive CLE program and networking event. This year's program will again provide the opportunity for attendees to explore Hot Topics in IP Law in round-robin roundtables. This fast-paced format will appeal to generalists and IP specialists alike!
The program will cover substantive law and legal strategy in these cutting-edge areas:
(1) Litigation Funding Update: Where we are now and where we are heading
(2) Treasure in the Attic: Legal strategies for identifying promising patents and monetizing your IP portfolio
(3) Dos and Don'ts in AI Software
(4) Beyond Bored Apes: The impact of NFT and emerging technology on the legal landscape
Each topic will be hosted by a Carlson Caspers attorney who will lead a timed small-group discussion. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in all four discussion groups during the hour-long program.
After the CLE program, try your hand at pickleball--or enjoy watching from the sidelines as you quaff a craft cider.
