This presentation will cover the increasingly common issue of Congressional investigations for businesses, and other high-profile and politically-sensitive investigations that can necessitate a combination of crisis management and legal expertise. The presenters include, a former Associate White House counsel who has prepared Fortune 10 CEOs for Congressional testimony, a counsel to the January 6 House Select Committee, and a former DOJ prosecutor who has lead several high-profile investigations, including involving allegations of sexual assault within the Chicago Blackhawks organization in 2021.
