This update will focus on the legal and social trends that are creating uncertainty and urgency in the world of labor law—from employee relations issues and union organizing to ever-shifting National Labor Relations Board precedent—and a focus on how employers can respond to this quickly changing environment.

The cost of the program is $25/members and $45/non-members. Registration and payment can be made online. Refunds will be honored up to Thursday, November 2, 2023. There will be no refunds after this date.

(Our law firm-sponsored events are open to CO-ACC members, prospective CO-ACC members, and guests of the sponsoring firm. Membership ineligibility includes attorneys presently working in law firms. ACC membership is open to individuals who are engaged in the active practice of law employed by organizations in either the private or public sector, do not have regulatory, enforcement or policymaking responsibilities nor work in an institution with such authority, and do not hold themselves out to the public for the practice of law.)
