Overview (Program Summary)
CLOs are increasingly asked to further corporate social impact and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Law departments of all sizes have made a commitment to supporting and providing the delivery of pro bono legal services to those in need. This panel of in-house legal leaders will discuss the growth of in-house pro bono, the role of CLOs in empowering their legal departments to engage in this work, how pro bono ties in with corporate DEI and social impact priorities, and the importance of access to justice initiatives within corporations and communities.
