This interactive Webcast will provide an overview of the ethical rules that are applicable to in-house attorneys at nonprofits, including: Model Rule 1.13, Rule 1.6, and Rules 5.1, 5.2, 5.3. As a bonus, this course then poses a series of hypothetical scenarios that illustrate how to apply these rules within a nonprofit entity. You'll see scenarios that are focused on the roles of the attorney, investigations, and litigation.
