This session will provide a comprehensive review of the current state of the global privacy and cybersecurity landscape and will feature an overview of changes in California, including new regulations and the status of enforcement, potential for federal privacy legislation and what that might look like, and an overview of the recent activity by government agencies and what they have been doing to fill the void of a lack of federal privacy legislation.
