Part 2 – How Companies Should Navigate Increasing Privacy and Cybersecurity Complexity
This session will focus on the practical approach companies can take to meet their regulatory privacy obligations, protect themselves from challenging litigation, and develop a flexible privacy program that will adapt to the everchanging landscape. We will review the recent spate of FTC cybersecurity enforcement actions and the lessons learned that will help companies develop an actionable plan to mitigate and reduce both privacy and cybersecurity risks at the company. (1 MCLE credit)
