Overview (Program Summary)

The Inflation Reduction Act, the United States' most significant investment in climate and energy, allocated $370 billion in federal resources to address climate and energy issues. Its objectives include reducing greenhouse gas emissions, promoting clean energy, and enhancing climate resilience for the long term. One year into the Act's passage, businesses and organizations have the chance to obtain federal funding for a range of projects, including developing electric vehicle infrastructure, deploying renewable energy sources, producing batteries and clean energy equipment, reducing carbon emissions in manufacturing, and implementing climate adaptation programs. In this webinar, Beveridge & Diamond Principal Eric Christensen (Seattle) will cover the types of programs available, offer practical advice on applying for funding, and explain how companies can leverage these opportunities to advance their climate and sustainability objectives.
