A 60-minute talk based on an advanced experiential innovation program featuring key Laws of Innovation and entrepreneurial leadership and culture change.  Speaker Lorraine Marchand, an innovation consultant and author of “The Innovation Mindset:  Eight Essential Steps to Transform Any Industry,” has taught, facilitated, and coached at Columbia Business School, Princeton University and Yeshiva University and worked with Fortune 50 companies including Johnson & Johnson, Bristol Myers Squibb, Novartis, Hewlett Packard, and Jabil as well as startups.  Through an eight-step process supported by a self-diagnostic tool, exercise templates and punctuated with real case studies, participants will leave the talk armed with what they need to apply the methodology outlined in the book to real challenges they are encountering in their own workplace.  This program not only fosters an innovation mindset among individual employees, but it can be an incubator for change within the organization.
