Mr. Bowers represents public corporations in the fields of healthcare, entertainment and other sectors in connection with corporate mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Bowers also advises technology clients in connection with complex contractual agreements and regulatory issues, including data security, systems security and privacy.

Mr. Bowers obtained his J.D. from the University of Chicago, where he served as Managing Editor of the University of Chicago Law Review.
