Michael Farley, Bechtel National, Inc., Senior Counsel
Mike has been practicing in the U.S. Government Contracts arena for more than 20 years, including as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, outside counsel (first with Miller & Chevalier and then with Mayer Brown), and inhouse counsel with Bechtel National, Inc. In his current role, Mike supports business development in pursuit of prospects and bids, provides legal support to several major US Government projects, and supports various US Government contracting compliance matters.
