Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is an effort, but movements like #MeToo and Black Lives Matter can feel exclusive to the United States. Join this session to hear from an international group of employment lawyers on their companies' DEI and accessibility efforts and how to translate these kinds of movements into programs relevant to global employees. Learn about approaches that do or don't work internationally, examples of success stories, and how these efforts are coordinated with global compliance issues such as disability quotas and gender equity filings.
