The ACC Ontario Securities Law Committee is hosting its 11th Annual Securities and Compliance Law Symposium! The Symposium is a half-day event which allows attendees to hear directly from experts in the securities industry on a number of relevant topics and trends.

There will be three panels focusing on:
- Hot Topics: Risks and Opportunities from Use of AI for Organizations 
- Litigation: Lessons for In-house Counsel from the Boal Decision 
- Regulatory: Perspectives on Upcoming Regulatory Changes

SESSION TITLE:  Building Resiliency to Succeed as In-House Lawyers:  Principles and Strategies for Better Work/Life Balance and Wellbeing.  

DESCRIPTION OF SESSION: The Law Profession is rife with stressors.  While these numerous challenges make the work purposeful and interesting it can also lead to excessive stress impacting law professionals physically, mentally and emotionally.  This 60-minute seminar reviews effective strategies that can be easily adopted to build resilience as well as specific tools and practices to help manage stress and mitigate its negative impact ensuring law professionals are personally and professionally thriving.
