Please join us for an interactive session on a hypothetical cyber and data privacy incident – spanning negotiations with threat actors and breach notification requirements – to the post-breach investigations and litigation, including leveraging AI technology and workflows. This exercise is designed to enhance preparedness and decision-making in real-world cyber incidents, as well share best practices for faster and more effective response to data incidents. This session will also cover practical and proactive measures to mitigate cyber and privacy risks.
