Please join us for "Key SEC Priorities and Compliance Strategies for In-House Counsel in 2025" with Squire Patton Boggs.

This complimentary luncheon program will focus on how public companies can ensure compliance with current SEC regulations and stay ahead of upcoming regulations, particularly as these may relate to upcoming proxy statements.  The primary topics of discussion will be:

  • Disclosure concerns and issues for the 2025 proxy season, including:
    • Cybersecurity disclosure
    • Climate change disclosure
    • ESG disclosure
    • Any other disclosure concerns/trends on the SEC’s radar
  • Key in-house concerns relating to dissident shareholders and the SEC’s view on activism/dissidents, particularly in the ESG and DEI spaces
  • Key SEC priorities in 2025 and how they may affect public companies
  • Any concerns from in-house counsel relating to SEC actions, guidance or commentary
