Jane Crisler - International Career Strategist, TheHumanChase

Jane Crisler is an international career strategist. As the owner of TheHumanChase, she helps her clients get better jobs and make more money.

She provides a national and global aspect of how to network, market yourself, interview and negotiate.  Jane regularly attends Cup of Joey, is a member of The Houston Economics Club, The Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and the World Affairs Council of Great Houston.  

Jane spent 20 years in Corporate HR in Silicon Valley.

Jane has delivered over 15,000 formal coaching hours and completed 150 hours’ training from the International Coaches Federation (ICF). A Bachelor of Journalism degree was earned from The University of Texas at Austin where she wrote for The Daily Texan.

Jill Curry - Vice President of Human Resources, Trescal

Jill Curry is an accomplished Human Resources Executive.  She has over two decades of global human resources expertise having worked primarily in the oil and gas sector throughout her over 25-year career.  During her time in the industry, she has stood up two completely new businesses, integrating over 20 major acquisitions, creating and leading human resource organizations across greater than 27 countries, and building multiple discipline teams within world class organizations. Jill was a founding member of Wellbore Integrity Solutions, an oilfield services firm based in Houston and focused on providing a comprehensive suite of downhole products and capabilities.  Prior to joining WIS, Jill spent 5 years as a founding member and Vice President of Human Resources and Administration of another private equity backed firm focused on the offshore oil and gas space where she was responsible for the creation, leadership, and direction of the firm’s Human Resource capabilities.  Previously, Jill held the position of Vice President, Human Resources for Oil States Energy Services where she led and executed the strategic and tactical aspects of Human Resources for three divisions. Jill also held multiple executive human resource positions at Schlumberger, leading as the global human resources executive for an entire integration center, which stretched across Europe, North America, and Asia.  Jill attended the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and also has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.  Jill has two teenage daughters and enjoys gardening with her 4 chickens, being outdoors, and anything family related. Jill and her family reside in Magnolia, Texas.

Grace Dickson - Director of Human Relations at PCCARX

Grace Stephens is a graduate of Samford University with a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Communication Studies. Grace has always had a passion for connecting people with opportunity. With roots in sales, she is skilled in aligning the perfect solution to a person’s goals – and she brings that mentality to corporate recruiting. Grace has a decade of recruiting experience that has grown her into an expert evaluator of skill sets and professional drive. This expertise benefited her company for year as she sourced the perfect candidates for their jobs. Today, as the Director of Human Relations for an industry leading healthcare company, she uses an international lens to develop strategy for her U.S., Canadian, and Australian teams. She guides their plans for talent acquisition and development, career coaching, refinement of processes and procedures, change and performance management, and much more!

Chantel Jordan - Chief Legal Officer & Board Advisor,  Fmr 5E Advanced Materials, Inc.

Chantel Jordan is an accomplished executive and strategic advisor with nearly two decades of legal experience.  Over the course of her career, Chantel has resolved significant legal and commercial matters including complex agreements, regulatory responses, compliance investigations and litigation on behalf of her clients. Chantel advises early-stage companies on their people strategies, operational and legal issues to set the foundation for their growth and potential exits and most recently served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief People Officer of 5E Advanced Materials, Inc. (Nasdaq: FEAM; ASX: 5EA).  She managed and directed the legal and human capital affairs of 5E including its successful listing to the Nasdaq, oversaw a 300% increase in personnel, succession planning, talent retention, the establishment of equity compensation plans, and served as a trusted advisor to the board of directors including the nominating and corporate governance and compensation committees.  Prior to this role she served as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), a global company that provides advisory services for marine and offshore assets, and an Associate at Polsinelli.

Chantel holds a Juris Doctor degree from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University and serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Corporate Counsel – Houston Chapter.  

Wendy Lee - CEO & Founder, LeadHERship Revolution 

Wendy Lee was a rockstar in the corporate world. She has 20 years of coaching, mentoring, training and development, employee relations, and conflict resolution experience. Her unique combination of envisioning practical solutions, mapping out a clear path forward with accountability and compassion, truthful insight, and heart-centered approach allowed her to make a significant impact on thousands of employees she served.
