Business Divorces
October 15, 2024 | 11:30 am - 1:00 pm | Maggiano's Little Italy
Business divorces routinely happen, despite the intentions of the parties at the outset. Break-ups can happen even when the business has been highly productive. This CLE will address best practices in business divorce disputes, analyzing case studies of break-ups of partnerships, limited liability companies, and family-owned investments. It will also cover ways to anticipate and mitigate the risks of a contentious divorce to reduce erosion of company value in the turbulence of a break-up.
