Join us for lunch and a CLE program, Am I Covered For?...A Discussion of Insurance Coverage Issues, at BLVD in Minnetonka on Wednesday, December 4, 2024.

This session will examine various insurance coverage issues that businesses commonly face, which insurance policies typically will respond, and some of the coverage issues that typically arise. We will discuss several scenarios involving claims made under commercial general liability policies, all-risk property policies, crime policies, cyber policies, and D&O policies. We will review the key coverage provisions typically available for such scenarios as well as some of the coverage defenses that insurance companies raise. We will offer our list of policyholder tips to maximize coverage for your claimed losses.
