Please join the Intellectual Property Practice Group and Cowan, Leibowitz & Latman P.C. for Landmark Intellectual Property Cases: A Decade- by - Decade Review.

You will learn about landmark cases addressing the following: 

• National Trademark Rights vs. Local Rights 

• Patents in Mathematical Formulas 

• Trademark Protection in Colors 

• Parody as a defense to a copyright claim 

• Transforming Photographs into Paintings: Infringement or Fair Use

In addition to learning all this, you should attend for at least 3 more reasons:
